Correction
In the Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting section (page 29) of the printed version of Highlights: Duke Heart Center Report 2009, the second sentence of bullet four under "Minimally invasive procedures" should read: Since 2005, fewer than 10 percent of Duke's CABG procedures have been performed off-pump. The accompanying chart ("Primary Isolated CABG Volumes") shows the correct data, and the electronic version of Highlights has been corrected.
