What is the Purpose of this Study?
We maintain this registry to have a database of people with any type of lung or breathing disorder who are interested in participating in research about their lung condition.

Who Can Participate in the Study?
Adults and children ages 12+ who are diagnosed with any type of breathing disorder (e.g., asthma or COPD).

What is Involved?
If you choose to be in this database, you will:
- Fill out a survey and share information about your health, medications you use, and how we can contact you
- Be part of our research volunteer database until you ask us to remove your information
- Get notifications about research studies if we think you might be eligible
