The Office of Foundation Relations at DUMC actively seeks opportunities to open communications with foundations involved in funding medical education, services, and research. We welcome inquiries from grant-makers, and encourage staff or board members of foundations to call us, let us know about your grant-making interests, or let us assist you with questions regarding current projects already funded at DUMC. We offer the following assistance:
- information on DUMC institutional priorities
- information on research in specified areas of medicine
- discussion of DUMC connection with foundation priorities
- referrals to relevant faculty, investigators, and lead DUMC administrators who may further elucidate their research or clinical areas
- answers to questions concerning a specific grant, funding request, or funded project
