Fiscal 2009 Success!

Thank you to the 2,641 generous donors who gave a total of $1,377,386 to the Duke Medical Annual Fund in fiscal year 2008-2009.  Despite a challenging economic climate, every single donor and dollar demonstrates your belief in the quality of a Duke medical education.  These unrestricted dollars give Dean Nancy C. Andrews, MD, the flexibility to pursue excellence.

As a new fiscal year gets underway, please consider making your gift now, early in the academic year when it can have the most impact.  As always, membership in the Davison Club is offered to all those making unrestricted annual fund gifts of $1,000 or more, or $500 for recent medical school graduates (classes of 1999-2009).

Making your gift to the Duke Medical Annual Fund or Davison Club online is fast and secure.  Our donors seem to agree. In 2008-2009, 314 of you made your gift via the Web, for a total of $138,186 in online giving. That's a 28% increase over the previous year.
