Description
This eight-week program meets 3 days per week and features weekly interactive nutrition, exercise, behavioral change classes, weekly group exercise sessions, and individualized nutrition and exercise plans. Our experts work with you to eliminate the frustration, confusion, and deprivation that often accompany weight loss attempts. All meetings are held via Zoom. In addition, participants will have the option to attend an in-person workout on Wednesday nights at the Duke Health & Fitness Center studio.
Mondays: Health Coaching (Virtual), 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Wednesdays: Exercise (Virtual or Live In-Person), 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Thursdays: Lectures (Virtual), 5:30-6:30 p.m.
